What You Will Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Caseworker will be responsible for conducting intake assessments, initiating investigations, and assessing the safety of children in residential settings. Additionally, the Caseworker will collaborate and communicate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of children under our care. • Investigate allegations in areas such as abuse, neglect, dependency, etc. • Interview children, families, witnesses, and other sources to help assist risk. • Counsel families and refer them to crisis services. • Provide strong documentation of findings. • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; LSW considered equivalent.

What we hope you bring to the role:

  • Experience in child welfare or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of child protection laws and regulations.

Certifications or Licensure: SWA, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC a plus
