The
goal of the PCSAO HR/Safety Committee was to produce a short survey with
a minimum of questions. There were many additional questions we would
like to ask but feared the more questions the lower the return rate. 18
members of the HR/Safety Committee plus several members of the PCSAO
Board of Trustees did complete a more detailed survey that documented
multiple job classifications; departments; sex; level of education;
length of employment; reasons for leaving; and would you rehire. That
data is being evaluated and a detailed report with various trend data
will be published soon. |
