Ultimate Mission Champion
- UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Ohio, Inc. is a statewide health plan that covers Medicaid eligible children, families and individuals, pregnant women, age blind and disabled children and adults and foster and adoptive children in Ohio. - Buckeye Health Plan (Buckeye) is a managed care plan serving Medicaid, Medicare, and exchange program members throughout the state of Ohio. Buckeye has developed the expertise to work with government program members to improve their health status and quality of life. Buckeye has a commitment to improving the health of the community one individual at time through affordable and reliable health care plans. - Homes For Kids provides family and treatment foster care placement services along with community based mental health services. These programs are designed to address the needs of youth who may exhibit poor coping skills, self-injurious behavior, aggressive behavior, delinquency, poor school adjustment and peer interaction, boundary setting, or developmental delays.
Homes For Kids foster care and behavioral health programs are outcome focused, employ evidence based behavioral health treatment and utilize a cohesive team approach. Our foster care treatment is process driven with sensitivity to the child welfare issues of reunification, adoption, and independent living while our community based mental health services focus on family stabilization and preservation. Homes For Kids works with highly trained and skilled treatment foster caregivers, credentialed professional staff members, and other members of a child or adolescent’s treatment team to reduce any mental health symptoms exhibited by the child or adolescent and increase their functioning in a community setting. Safe Children Champion
- Northwoods’ only focus is helping state and county human services agencies increase client service levels and productivity while cutting costs — allowing them to do more with less.
