The conference will be held on October 24-25, 2012  at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Columbus - Worthington, Ohio. A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference attendees. Attendees need to contact the Doubletree Hotel directly to make a room reservation. Attendees will be responsible for the cost of their rooms and must be billed directly.

Information about Tax Exemption:
If you are a state employee and tax exempt, you must have the following:

• State Tax Exempt Form (6.75%)

• City of Columbus Tax Exempt Form (10%)

• Check or Credit Card from the organization that is exempt. The name on the credit card MUST match the name on the tax exempt forms. Cash and personal methods of payment (personal checks, personal credit cards) CANNOT be used for payment.
