Benefits Comparison Issues
and Evaluating Agency Worksheet were developed by the PCSAO Human
Resources/Safety Committee to assist UPP graduates compare work
requirements and benefits among multiple agencies. Experience shows that
one agency may offers more in salary but offer less in their total
package due to differing contributions to fringe benefits and different
requirements and reimbursement for issues such as “being on call” or
other similar type issues. Students can use the “Agency Benefits
Comparison Issues” to see what issues they should consider prior to
completing the “Evaluating Offers Worksheet”. Good luck with your
venture into employment in the Public Child Welfare System whose goal is
