In spring of 2010, led
by the PCSAO Human Resources Committee, PCSAO and the Ohio Child Support
Directors Association joined together to do a survey of the 88 county
Public Children Service Agencies and the 88 County Ohio Child Support
Enforcement Agencies (sometimes the same umbrella agency), to collect
information on wage / salaries and benefits of various county workers.
67 PCSAs responded, of all sizes, geographic areas, structures and
wealth (levy funded or not).
Results are summarized in various ways, below. We hope this is helpful
information as counties work to recruit and maintain a quality workforce
striving for safe children, stable families within supportive
communities.
