Kelly obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Master's degree in Social Work through The Ohio State University and participated in the first year of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Traineeship Program.  Kelly currently works for Franklin County Children as an ongoing caseworker in a generic unit, where she has served as a mentor to Title IV-E Child Welfare Traineeship students for the past three years as well as actively participated in FCCS Speaker’s Bureau. Kelly most enjoys the challenging aspects of working with adolescent mothers and their children.
