PCSAO Board of Trustees PCSAO Board of Trustees (standing) -
responsible for the overall governance of the statewide Association.
Staff responsible for Board: Crystal Ward Allen. President: Chip
Spinning, Director of Franklin County Children Services.

PCSAO Legislative Committee (standing) - responsible for
reviewing all legislation, developing positions, and offering those
recommendations to the PCSAO Board of Trustees. Staff responsible for
committee: Gregory R. Kapcar.
County Co-Chairs: Randy Muth, Wayne County CS and
Moira Weir, Hamilton County DJFS.

Administrative Rule Review Committee (standing) - responsible for
reviewing all proposed administrative rules, developing positions, and
offering those recommendations to the PCSAO Trustees and Ohio
Department of Human Services. Staff responsible for committee:
Crystal Ward Allen.

Human Resources Committee (standing) - responsible for
studying issues which will lead to increased recruitment and
retention of county PCSA professional staff. Staff responsible for
committee: Scott Britton. County Co-Chairs are Wendy Davis, Lucas
County CS and Kelly Lockhart, Trumbull County CS.

Public Information Committee (standing) - responsible for
developing approaches to provide counties with effective methods of
communicating with their constituencies. Staff responsible for
committee: Scott Britton. County Co-Chair are Kathryn Whittington,

Conference
Committee (standing) - responsible for developing and implementing the
Association’s annual conference. Staff responsible for committee: Jeed
Jitprasert, and Gayle Channing Tenenbaum. County Chairperson: Joy
Xaybandith, CORTC-Franklin County CS. Co-chairs: Lynne Smith, Clark
County DJFS; Ben Hannah, SWORTC-Butler County-CS. The 2012 PCSAO Annual conference
will be held October 24-25 at Doubletree Hotel Worthington/Columbus.
