Each supervisor
employed by a public children services agency that supervises the work
of a caseworker employed by the agency shall work with the caseworker to
determine the caseworker's training needs in accordance with, and ensure
the caseworker's compliance with, the training requirements of section
5153.122 [5153.12.2] of the Revised Code. Once every two years, the
supervisor shall complete an individual training needs assessment form
created under section
5153.65 of the Revised Code for each caseworker.
