§ 5153.60. Child welfare training program to be established.

(A)  The department of job and family services shall establish a statewide program that provides all of the following: 

(1) The training section 5153.122 [5153.12.2] of the Revised Code requires public children services agency caseworkers and supervisors to complete; 

(2) The preplacement and continuing training described in sections 5103.034 [5103.03.4], 5103.039 [5103.03.9], and 5103.0311 [5103.03.11] of the Revised Code that foster caregivers are required by sections 5103.031 [5103.03.1], 5103.032 [5103.03.2], and 5103.033 [5103.03.3] of the Revised Code to obtain; 

(3) The education programs for adoption assessors required by section 3107.014 [3107.01.4] of the Revised Code. 

(B)  The program established pursuant to division (A) of this section shall be called the "Ohio child welfare training program."
