If a public
children services agency fails to comply with the fiscal accountability
procedures established by the department of job and family services, the
department shall notify the board of county commissioners of the county
served by the agency. If a private child placing agency or private
noncustodial agency fails to comply with the fiscal accountability
procedures, the department shall notify the executive director of each
public children services agency that has entered into a contract for
services with the private child placing agency or private noncustodial
agency.
